- The display brightness will automatically reduce at night.
- The Sound Volume can be set to automatically decrease with reduction in speed.

The options are almost endless. To change any setting, the user simply calls and informs the Morpheous Technical Support Team of any desired change. This service is charged at a national rate telephone call. Alternatively, the PC interface (optional extra) will allow similar, but advanced control and configuration via a PC , for only the purchase price of the PC interface.

Update Service:
Simple and straightforward. The success of the Geodesy relies on information in the database. It is important to regularly update the positions of new Speed Detection Device installation sites. The device is only as good as the database it holds and daily updates are recommended for database consistency. Speed cameras move often and mobile speed cameras (such as the type found at road works) are typically in different locations intermittently.

Our answer to this is the Desktop Modem Interface shipped with every Geodesy and included in the price. This allows for the most effective method of updating your database. Placing the Geodesy into this Desktop Interface instructs the unit to dial up and connect automatically to the Morpheous network. This allows the Geodesy to remotely synchronise data including additional Speed Detection Devices and the removal of inactive Speed Detection Devices, as well as informing the Morpheous database of new Speed Detection Devices stored by the user. Update times are around a minute. For the cost of a national rate telephone call this update service is free for the first year. For continuing peace of mind and precision updating, the service is £30.00 a year thereafter. The Geodesy will not interfere with any existing telephones, PC’s or faxes and will not try to connect if the phone line is being utilized.
