The Foretrex 101 is a wearable Personal Navigator. for the outdoor enthusiast. The Foretrex 101 will operate just like the Foretrex 201 with a few differences. Those differences being that the 101 uses two AAA batteries offering 15 hours of battery life while the 201 uses a rechargeable lithium-ion battery. Although the unit dimensions are a bit larger, the Foretrex 101 is lighter than the Foretrex 201, weighing in at just 74g (with batteries). The economical Foretrex 101 offers hands-free GPS navigation information allowing you to concentrate on your outdoor activities. Ruggedized for adventure, this wrist-top device is perfect for kayaking, canoeing, sailing, hiking, climbing and those who want a useful GPS in a lightweight, waterproof, and affordable package.

The Foretrex 101 features six dedicated buttons (GoTo, Page, Enter/Mark, Up, Down and Power), making it one of the easiest GPS units on the market to operate.
