Description:

Special Offer

Our Garmin Quest GPS bundle comes complete with the newly arrived RAM Quest cradle and RAM U-bolt mount to attach onto the handlebar of a mountain bike or motorbike (eg BMW GS series). RAM mounts are extremely sturdy, durable and fully adjustable with two pivotting joints.

The Quest is a new generation portable GPS navigator designed to provide automatic route calculations including voice guidance. Turn-by-turn instructions and detailed maps are presented on a bright, sunlight-readable colour display. Detailed street maps along with points of interest are transferred from CD-ROM through a USB connection; built-in memory provides 243 megabytes of map storage (an additional 13MB is used for the basemap). The Quest can be powered using the external speaker with 12/24-volt adapter cable or A/C power adapter (both are included in the purchase). Or the built-in Li-ion battery will allow for handheld operation. The small, attractive design of Quest makes for the ultimate portable, auto-navigation solution.

In The Box:
- Garmin Quest
- flip-up GPS antenna
- PC/USB cable
- A/C charger
- vehicle suction cup mount w/12-volt speaker
- City Navigator Europe with full-unlock
- RAM Bike Mount (RAM-HOL-GA15 Cradle and RAM-B-149Z Handlebar Mount)

The Quest includes the MapSource City Navigator Europe software allowing the user to programme and download their own area to a maximum of 243MB's.

Is the Quest a replacement for the Street Pilot in terms of dimensions and screen size
No, the Quest is a much smaller pocket device and is not a direct replacement for the Street Pilot range. As comparison (not 100% accurate), please see the photos below for a size comparison.

Customer feedback: "The Quest is a nice piece of gear btw. Impressive little unit and although the display does appear small, it's very easy to see and understand when in use."
