Description:

With the eTrex Legend, Garmin has loaded a full basemap of Europe into one small unit. The basemap contains lakes, rivers, cities, interstates, national and state highways, railroads and coastlines. The eTrex Legend is also equipped with additional memory totaling eight megabytes. The added memory allows the eTrex Legend to accept downloaded map data from Garmin's entire line of MapSource CD-ROMs. Like its predecessor, the eTrex Venture boasts a powerful 12 parallel channel GPS receiver and comes packaged in a small, sleek brightly-colored translucent blue case with operating buttons located on either side of the unit. The case is completely waterproof to withstand immersion in one meter of water for up to 30 minutes. A PC interface cable is included.
