Navigation: Dynamic navigation, route calculation based on a preset profile, display of special destinations – the Becker Traffic Assist calculates your route according to your specific preferences – in 27 European countries with a choice of 14 languages. The 1 GB SD card stores comprehensive map information for up to 21 different countries. Data for 27 countries can be transferred to the SD card via USB interface from the accompanying navigation DVD.
 
The speed limit function warns the driver with an acoustic signal when the limit is exceeded.
Becker Traffic Assist is equipped with an integrated GPS receiver and a fold-out GPS antenna and does not require a signal from the vehicle speedometer.
  
MP3/WMA player: Music files stored on the SD card can be listened to via the MP3/WMA player on headphones (not supplied) in unbeatable Becker sound quality. You can also view photos in JPG format.
  
Touch-screen display: The low-reflection, high-contrast 3.5’’ TFT touch-screen display features four large pressure-sensitive panels for navigation, music, images and preferences along with a brilliant map display. Additional system configuration options can be activated by simply touching the screen. Maps can be viewed either in 3-D or 2-D and are easy to read thanks to 16-bit colour depth and 65,536 colours.
 
Batteries : The Becker Traffic Assist comes with two standard replaceable batteries. Thus, the unit can be used outside the vehicle and extending the battery life is extremely easy - batteries are automatically recharged as soon the device is connected to the vehicle power supply.
